Billing (no charges) invoices Not showing - Microsoft Community

hello, 

i have office 365 annual subscription (monthly payment), i've 17 assigned licenses  subscription began @ 22/10/2017 , have been charged 1 user day after acquired license, through november , here @ december still didn't receive billing notification , not warning payment did not charge credit card anything, want know if there's wrong or when should pay, thank you
