Account issues - Microsoft Community

i received notice there problem account.  have tried virtual agent, cannot issue straightened out.  account has been closed.  user name business name, business closed.  want change account name, don't want loose information/documents.  how accomplish this?

checked pm, , explain using microsoft account (*** email address removed privacy ***), not office 365 account, it's not feasible add account type in office 365 subscription active user.
in office 365, can add previous added custom domain email suffix.
example, if you've added contoso.com office 365 tenant, can use *** email address removed privacy ***.

query should be: how backup , migrate information/documents?
can use onedrive business sync client download files onedrive business, disconnect sync keep files locally.

*if account/subscription has expired, please read articles shared before, involve admin data back.
