Windows Phone notifications lost - Microsoft Community

updated lumia windows phone , not getting notification have new emails on either email tile or screen lock. please

thanks follow up, sue.

would able back-up files on device? suggest doing factory reset on device since information on tiles doesn't align have, on top of missing notifications.

once have backed phone's files, go settings> about> tap reset phone.

this resets phone automatically , addresses issues on mail.

keep posted on happens after doing factory reset.
