we got office 365 last year on wife's pc, , shared me.  year busy , tried use excel , locked, paid subscription , unlocked office 365, worked great.  when wife tried use   got "expired" message.
    i set family member under 365 account, , got email , accepted it, , logged in when word program asked to.  able log in (same account used under invite) , when made through security got   big box said "we not show products account."  
    i can still use office 365, , indeed listed family member when go "manage family members" area.  do now?  help!

    there possible reasons why encountered issue office 365 suite. may caused account being used when opening or logging in. may caused system recognizing wife's account whenever she's opening office   applications. check if sharing of subscription successful, suggest ask wife log in account  office.com/myaccount check if sharing complete.  
    please keep updated provide more help.
