Xbox One S Controller wont turn on - Microsoft Community

bought xbox 1 s controller amazon, 2. 1 controller connects bluetooth windows 10 pc. when try turn on other one, stays on half second , turns off after. updated controller on xbox one, , before, turned on, when press connect button, turns off instantly. please help.
