Windows Mobile Text messages are not in sync - Microsoft Community

most of contacts not showing of messages.  if go contact timeline,  of them show up.  few seconds.  timeline goes blank.  keep asking no 1 has responded.

can help?

we checked previous thread , realized phone has been reset. bug on software since issue persists on clean environment. noticed have submitted feedback issue. hope issue sorted on next update rollout.
