hello,

i accidentally use program shouldn't use because trying fix wifi because of windows insider program update , giving me the blue screen came , saying pc needs repair because required device isn't connected or can't accessed , i'm  afraid of losing please me.

if not able boot, can try reset choose option keep files:

power on , off computer 3 times

on third time, computer boot advanced recovery environment

click advanced options

click troubleshoot

click reset pc follow on screen instructions.
