we have issue the messages below have stared coming in rejection emails today. please me resolve this.
autentication_results: spf=fail ( sender ip 43.231.128.105) smtp.mailfrom=primagama.co.id; outlook.com; dkim=fail (signature did not verify) header.d=primagama.co.id; outlook.com; dmarc=none action=none header.from=primagama.co.id;
received-spf: fail (protection.outlook.com: domain of primagama.co.id not designate 43.231.128.105 permitted sender)

situation, please clarify whether email service hosted in office 365 (exchange online). if so, spf record should v=spf1 ip4:43.231.128.105 include:spf.protection.outlook.com –all. more information, can refer

and, error message, seems sender has configured dkim domain dkim has been failed. so, recommended troubleshoot issue via
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt695945(v=exchg.150).aspx if issue persists after spf record has been corrected.
meanwhile, may deliver complete ndr (non-delivery report) in
private message (pm) further analysis if above information can’t worked.
