hi setiadi_863,

situation, please clarify whether email service hosted in office 365 (exchange online). if so, spf record should v=spf1 ip4:43.231.128.105 include:spf.protection.outlook.com –all. more information, can refer https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn789058(v=exchg.150).aspx

and, error message, seems sender has configured dkim domain dkim has been failed. so, recommended troubleshoot issue via https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt695945(v=exchg.150).aspx if issue persists after spf record has been corrected.

meanwhile, may deliver complete ndr (non-delivery report) in private message (pm) further analysis if above information can’t worked.

regards,
alan
