my yoga 2 pro failed under warranty , returned me factory reset.

2.

i copied across backups , re-installed office 2013 using serial number.

3.

when try open onenote files (saved before pc failed) following message:

"we couldn't open location.  might not exist or might not have permission to  open it.

please contact owner of https://d.docs.live.net/. . . . . . . . more information."

5.

it seems reset pc not recognised.  have checked community answers without success, can tell me how fix please?

upon reviewing case, can see here having issues opening onenote files. need confirm details isolate issue. please answer following:

  • where original location of saved onenote files? saved onedrive or specific pc location?
  • are trying open files onenote app or onenote online?
