i o365 administrator, faced below issues. please solve it.
the error screen pop-up when running mailbox migration in microsoft online platform.
(more information: confirmed username , password of mrs proxy valid)

to better understand situation, i’d confirm following information:
1. what’s on-premise exchange version, exchange 2010 or exchange 2013?
2. method use migration exchange online?
