Installing Office 2016 over Office 2007 - Microsoft Community

office 2007 (word, outlook, excel , publisher) not seem functioning since recent ms update.  can no longer backup outlook pst files , hoping save them somehow.  can install office 2016 without losing current folders , files in outlook 2007?

your folders , files stored on hard drive installing office 2016 not harm files etc.  actually  suggest first make sure have product key office 2007. if cannot find download free version of belarc advisor  find product key.  matter of course backup folders , files. should have done in case.  can safely uninstall office 2007 , have product install again should need to.  can go ahead , install office 2016.  folders , files still on hard drive.



Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows 10 / Office 2007
