I can't find "suggestion search box" on "cortana & - Microsoft Community

hi there, (i post screenshot have trouble alt+ prt scn or ctrl+ prt scrn) wouldl ike find suggestions box on web searches can rid of cortana searching on bing me when not want to, (alternatively question how have friendly chat cortana without searching things up)

the box on taskbar search box.  type in it. , type things should change above it.
