ive bought excel monthly fee...when click on icon , open wont allow me sign account when resolve account

hi james,

you firstly check article below activation.

activate office 365, office 2016, or office 2013

if doesn't work you, better understand situation,i'd confirm following things:

1.do start trial page? if yes, select home or business? if not, please share page trial. want know edition of it.

2.by "won't allow me sign account", error message? please capture screenshot it.

3.open excel, check if it's possible click file>account. if yes, capture similar screenshot below. if cannot click options, navigate control panel>uninstall program>capture screenshot of office suite info.
