copied google + account. there excel 2016 experts out there? trying complete assignment requires histogram 4 distinct "bins" 1,2,3,4. unfortunately, program wants auto sort data using scott's normal reference rule.  i can change number of bins or describe bin width, not both. changing 1 affects other. of data sets not have entries specific bin seems add problem having.  i haven's had luck searching section online, or calling. struck out on youtube tutorials well.  maybe here can me out?

are using histogram in analysis tookpak? (shipped excel)  allows set own bins.
