hi neha

we have tried above same problem still occurs.  what strange problem happens on 1 computer.  it doesn't happen on mine.  i have checked , specs on machine should more sufficient (i5 2.2ghz 8gb ram).  the file 7mb not huge.

else problem be?

as similar issues may have different root causes, clarify issue, i’d confirm , provide following.

1. first, should clarify symptom of issue experiencing in environment. list detailed reproducing steps of it?

2. if excel application crashes, issue happen in 1 specific type of files or 1 specific file?

3. upload full screenshot of page showing version information of excel application using. can access page via file>account.

4. troubleshooting steps have tried? list them here?

 

for crash issue, suggest follow steps in article run excel client in safe mode see outcome.
