am new crm environment, trying out email notification workflow when case submitted via dynamic 365 portal.
when case submitted no owner assigned , default system becomes owner of case created, now, want send email notification user of portal , others (via shared email group) notifying about new case.
how do this? basically use outlook out internal mail communication. hence tried setup pop3/smtp server in dynamic 365. getting error saying server location not supported. tried setting pop/smtp with personal gmail and worked charm. can please let me know how configure outlook email purpose.
