Activating office 365 - Microsoft Community

hello can't activate office 365 account. keeps on telling me microsoft account not associated office 365 product.  can please me? personal office 365 account. thanks.

regarding concern reactivating office 365, need confirm information. please answer following questions:

  • when did first encounter issue?
  • are using same microsoft account used in purchasing office 365?

meanwhile, suggest try login my account page on http://office.microsoft.com/myaccount using microsoft account used register or purchase. kindly check if able activate office.

please reply necessary information , result further.
