dear microsoft,

i faceing issue onenote 2016, app comes office 365.

first need tell pc affecting issue.

i using brand new surface 2017, private one, therefore got`s installed myself private (@hotmail) account

but because lenovo devices our company poor in performance, intend use private tablet work too.

it not domain joined or branded anyhow .

my company providing 2 office 365 accounts (an old 1 , new 1 on different tenant, migrate them later time)

and have installed office 2016 products cames within newer account, put in company credentials , seems working, except onenote 2016.

when start onenote 2016, runs under context of private hotmail account (without office 365!, can send screenshots if like), everytime try change logged in user (remember, in onenote 2016) can put in new mailadress, appearing "asking password" dialog window not appearing. instead of window see little "flicker" in shape of password window , logged in hotmail user again... log-in window gave in mailadress seconds ago disappeared , there no login @ all.

steps made troubleshooting:

reinstalled office 2016 (from view of correct, new account)

cleared local credentials store passwords / credentials coresponding situation

please give me advice how can use @ least new o365 account on private device.

i have move onedrive notebooks , therefore need logged in apropriate user possible.
