using edge as browser, unable to open my email - Microsoft Community

problem started 2 days ago, contacted email provider , said not problem them suggested contact microsoft

there lot of factors need consider can contribute on concern. please provide information below can assist effectively:

  • were able open email on different browser?
  • are receiving error messages?
  • have tried deleting cache , cookies?

we're looking forward response.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
