Student not found - Microsoft Community

i'm trying add students class notebook, continues "student not found". read 1 post says sign in portal admin, never point says admin.  when try , add names in microsoft teams also, students not found. please help.

please log in office admin center global admin, make sure student listed under "users" > "active users".

meanwhile, please capture screenshot of error message "student not found".

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
