delete netflix laptop because didn't worked. can't install neither t shop or library. if in library click install shop frozen , doesn't work. don't have install button in app now. can do?

windows store encountering issue because of unknown circumstances, making unable install applications it. assist, kindly answer these following questions:

  • do receive error messages upon accessing windows store?
  • what troubleshooting methods you've tried far?
  • have tried removing , re-adding microsoft account on windows store?
