no videos are getting played on any app - Microsoft Community

i trying play videos in app error occur each time change server can not play video.i tried play video @ youtube there no video played .i tried delete app , install again play video can't able because same error occurred again on windows phone 8.1,what should watch video

plz hard reset fix problem.
