IE10 and IE9 video issues: play, pause, stop not working good - Microsoft Community

i have web video. it's works correctly in ie11, firefox, chrome etc... can pause, stop , play video. problem when try in ie10 , ie9. forgot try in ie8 need works in ie9 , ie10.

the problems totally random. video stop audio continues. stop after 10 or 15 seconds. cant play again. audio continues when no video deleted , more.

i spent 2 days searching no consistent results. last try.

help please!

there possibility flash player or other add-ons required play videos not updated on browser. troubleshooting, recommend following steps in support page article: videos won’t play in internet explorer. once done, kindly share result can provide additional assistance.
