i lost the ability to download games and apps?!? - Microsoft Community

i've had phone few years , have downloaded , deleted many apps , games.recently tried install new game , got message saying can't finish request because of family settings, person access microsoft family settings , didn't change of settings . tried follow instructions on message , go on computer , go microsoft.com/family said website couldn't found. checked internet connection , working don't know now. please me!!!
