Forms Quiz crashes when trying to grade - Microsoft Community

hello,

i'm trying grade quiz on forms students have submitted , seeing 2 issues.

1. when trying grade each quiz individually, scores or comments deleted move on next field.

2. when switching viewing quiz question, inputing information causes crashes , leaves session code. have session code recorded, want confirm wouldn't lead private information before posting.

if has insight why might happening, i'd appreciate it. happening on mac, , i've tried same results in both safari , chrome.

to troubleshoot issue, please share more details:

  1. the error message received. (it doesn’t include personal info)
  2. can reproduce issue in other browsers? (e.g. mozilla,etc)
  3. can reproduce issue when creating form account.

 

please share tenant information. protect personal info, can send information via private message.
