Deleting rows in Excel - Microsoft Community

i teacher, , exporting data our students excel spreadsheet; however, not need rows document gives me. trying delete rows, rows have data in them. here mean:

my student have 3 topics work on. need 1 specific topic. other data i'd delete. now, go in , delete rows collectively (holding control , clicking on rows), or delete them 1 @ time. i'd find way excel find rows have unwanted data , delete them automatically. possible?

can give example of data might in row delete , column basing decision delete on . . .
