when try update game (clash of lords 2) can see error code: c101a027. , when try update or install other app can see error code.805a01f4. can do? many person have install w10. heard in lumia 920 isn't possible. if can't update game have stop playing it.. or if make new appstore id??

concerning issue not being able update game (and subsequently, add app), may ask when last time tried accessing our store?

we managed see other users having same issue able install app hour ago.

please try perform soft reset on device pressing power , volume down button simultaneously 15 seconds. once phone vibrates, remove hold , wait phone finish rebooting.


once done, check if can install/update app time. if not, please notify us.
