Product Key Won't Work After Purchasing - Microsoft Community

i bought program in microsoft 365 yesterday word, excel, power point, , 1 other program. "one time purchase" of program, given product key. when go microsoft word, says, "microsoft office cannot verify license product. should repair office program using control panel". went control panel , tried finding microsoft word, couldn't find looking for. after close out message licensing, brings me page can choose layout of word document, 1 available blank document. after clicking on blank document, doesn't let me type or anything. clicked on "reactivate" button enter product key , say, "try again, there seems no internet connection". internet absolutely fine , i'm having no issues on of devices. try closing word, tried restarting computer, don't have time fiddling around anymore, have write paper writing class , seems ridiculous. advice or appreciated!

there several reasons why product key office 365 won't work. normally, first thing need use product key going http://office.microsoft.com/setup. recommend perform troubleshooting steps provided on link install , activate office 365.
