installed office365 on hp desktop computer , can not open excel spreadsheets dropbox account.  i error message "this action valid products installed.

hi sharon, 

this issue seems related program settings not configured. 

please follow steps below on how repair office 365: 

  1. open settings start menu. 
  2. select system, click apps & features. 
  3. select microsoft office 365. 
  4. click modify, repair. 
  5. try open excel spreadsheet.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
