Office 365 for students can't verify account - Microsoft Community

hi,

as student @ geman university, allowed use office products , have singned on office 365 page. gave university email , ok. in account on online portal of offifce 365 said, have activ license. however, when try sign in desktop app, doesn't work. actually, able sign up, says, license can't confirmed.

i tried therer in internet, nothing worked. every time open new office aplication have go throug sign in , still...

we understand you're having issue office 365 student account. isolate main issue, know exact error message received. also, have tried contacting school admin since ones can have check right away.

we waiting response.
