Mutiple Data setup in a single Cell - Microsoft Community

hello dear,

i want create daily basis marketing sheet. marketing officer, regularly visit territory contain lot of thana, market & outlet selling purpose. it's continuous process 2 days in weeks, 8 days in month. so, territory remains same. want input of information in excel sheet & use per need. as

district thana market category outlet
kushtia kushtia sadar mojompur grocery shop azad store
grocery shop torikul store
pharmacy rohim phy
others harun cosmetics

when click district name(kushtia) next cell show thana name, after select thana market name category outlet entered sale information outlet.

it's needful me. know it's possible. please me.

if have reference table, can use vlookup.
