i getting error message when microsoft word starts , repair tab not correct issue. how can fixed program closes?

based on description, suppose word on computer doesn't work , can't start. noticed used repair tab, have use office online repair?

if not, please follow steps below proceed:

1) press win + r to open run window.

2) type appwiz.cpl , press enter

3) right-click microsoft office product want repair, , select change.

 4) select online repair, , select repair.

if have tried , issue persists, please share more information us.

1) go word> file > account to capture screenshot product information.

2) capture screenshot error message.
