Many pens disappeared from OneNote toolbar - Microsoft Community

i used have on toolbar different pens , highlighters, 1 minute disappeared , toolbar downgraded old version apparently. checked if app date , is, no updates available me download.

which worse previous toolbar.

how can restore it?
