Explorer immediate crash in 16232 - Microsoft Community

i in slow ring , auto-upgraded 16232 yesterday.

windows explorer crashes within few seconds of startup black screen.

everything else seems ok. can start task manager, , launch else there, though "amusing" train fingers work without usual shortcuts.

sfc /scannow reports "...currupt files ... unable fix ..."

checking cbs.log shows bisrv.dll , cryptsvc.dll missing.

my guess died in middle of update??

how can recover? tried obvious steps, no luck.

the 16232 .iso available.

i reinstalled it, , machine seems 100% ok.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
