Excel flashed back to the menu after a second when tried opening Excel - Microsoft Community

this week have tried access excel files, on ipad app.  went file , after second flashed menu.

i uninstalled the excel app,  and reinstalled app store, , still cannot app.

it working dine last week.

i have tried remedy suggested, via settings, , still no joy

[moved from: office / install, upgrade , activate / iphone & ipad / unknown/other ]

it’s possible excel file you’re trying open corrupted. can due conflicts other programs installed on device. isolate concern, we’d confirm if of excel files aren’t opening. also, able access these documents using regular computer or laptop no issues?
