please help

hi,

black check boxes may appear if update needed in microsoft office. may caused program configuration incompatible office feature. there changes done on computer? reference, please check display issues in office client applications.

meanwhile, please run repair office application, choose operating system , follow steps provided repair excel.

let know happens after doing above mentioned troubleshooting steps.
