Why Does My Microsoft lumia 640 XL no linger work in 4G LTE - Microsoft Community

have been trying resolve issue months now, no 1 seems know answer. have visited microsoft store, , have called carrier several times-still no answers. i've been told check coverage in area , check settings, apn, etc. no 1 seems understand phone worked great months on 4g until 1 day stopped. haven't moved, , haven't changed settings, why stop working no reason? works fine in 3g paid 4g phone! later found out microsoft stopped making windows phones; have it?

no fact microsoft has stopped producing nokia lumia windows phones has nothing possible reason's network or phone malfunctioning have checked under mobile , sim see if still on 4g or lte highest connection speed under settings
