where can i find the menu bar that should be at the top of IE - Microsoft Community

where can find menu bar should @ top of ie.  i'm using ie 10 on windows 10 , menu bar gone.  

right click on title bar , check it.

p.s. you're running ie11 on win10, not ie10.



Internet Explorer / Internet Explorer 10 / Other/Unknown
