Using the IF and AND function for material reconciliation - Microsoft Community

i have following if formula reconcile materials planned compared materials shipped:

=if(isna(match(b2,actuals!b:b,0)),"not shipped",if(d2=vlookup(b2,actuals!b:f,5,0),"equal",d2-vlookup(b2,actuals!b:f,5,0)))

the problem have of items on there twice accounting purposes. placed under different task numbers. how account these task numbers , formula items have matching task numbers?
