Store app missing in build 16237 after the app was reset. - Microsoft Community

messenger wasn't updating had reset app,

but after reset disappeared every starting taskbar apps , features list,

even if try find in search box won't appear. 

please help, don't want reset whole pc again,

i've checked post posted 2 years ago not helpful.

hi,

it looks messaging app either incompatible new build or has been uninstalled pc. provide proper solution concern, we'd ask additional information. kindly answer following:

  • what messaging app using?
  • how did reset app?
  • have tried performing system restore undo changes made? if you'd system restore, click link , check restore system restore point section.

we forward response.

i installed insider build after changed hard disk, i've done worst throw party in name of problems on head. i've tried many solutions didn't work. painful solution reset didn't accept myself that. hope ms listen , correct @ cost.

luckily i've managed bring means of account, i've made administrator first , deleted account other account , logged in account account , got app. have lost apps , don't regret that.
