our computer received message comfim navigation ( our computer has been blocked - has been infected virus , spyware. call 1-***-***-*** is this scam access computer or have problems?

hi kazzy,

there possibility of system files malware infected. not recommend contacting phone number since in cases, phone numbers appearing on malware-infected computers owned scammers. these scammers ask huge amount of money , pretend microsoft technician.

to address issue, need answer following questions:

  • which build, version , edition of windows installed on computer?
  • have made changes computer before issue occurred?
  • can boot device desktop?

we looking forward response.
