office 365 education account - Microsoft Community

i unfortunately filled wrong birth year in account registration in microsoft office 365 education account.

i want apolize , want change it.

how can change it?

please give me response possible.

hi a. user,

we'd confirm if have finished registration of office 365 education account.

if not, please try clear cache of web browser, edit birth year again.

if have finished registration, cannot change birth year,  you can change time , day of birth.

sign in office 365 home page> click delve in launch bar>click me in left navigation bar>update profile>click add birthday or click pen button in contact information.
