Coding - Microsoft Community

hi guys,

firstly not great pc , english.

i have 8 year old daughter mild aspeger. 
thing teach how on , off pc. 
wrote minecraft programming play game. 
yesterday, bought coding book , doing of them herself.  

i not rich send pc school.

my question how improve abilities in programming since it. 

what kind of book should , need strong pc or raspberry pi? 

i have no idea. opinion appreciated.
