Office Lens - Business Cards - Microsoft Community

downloaded office lens able scan business cards outlook contacts.  after downloading, initial or first scan of business card worked perfectly. however, each attempt after resulted in error of "can't recognize contact information".  tried several different business cards, checked updates on both office lens , iphone...everything date...and re-started phone , app several times.  still not luck in getting office lens scan card , import data outlook contacts.  there known problem or step / setting resolve?

this issue occurs due clarity of image you're trying capture. know more issue using office lens, have few questions:

• are trying capture multiple business cards @ same time?
• can provide sample of business card you're trying scan?
• is issue same when using different device capture image?

were looking forward response.
