i purchased  microsoft 365  order number xxxxx [private information removed moderator]    when tracked it says in puerto rico  backup dvd  can help?

to better you, i'd confirm following information:

1. "i purchased microsoft 365", subscription have bought, business or home subscription? better if can show me link/url.

2. when tracked it says in puerto rico, upload screenshot it.

3. its backup dvd, mean that? 

if bought office 365 business related subscription, please provide office 365 domain in private message (pm) can check it.
