Function to Return True for Values Within a Range - Microsoft Community
what function can use return "true" if given number falls within % of given array of numbers.
so if in example below want show "true" if of values in a3:e3 within 5% of value in cell a1.

as array formula, confirmed ctrl+shift+enter:
=min(abs(a3:e3-a1)/a1)<5%
