ATP Safe Links issue - Microsoft Community

we having issues domain , web address trust , know safe. when our employees receive email our vendor , clicks on link in emailthey seeing, "this website has been classified malicious." we have added safe link policy domain, , wildcarded , alert still showing. how can add policy prevent alert? 

how can our vendor submit ticket have domain evaluated , removed blacklist?

thanks post. office 365 atp safe links policies, can check detailed information article. can go safe links to check if links want access added the “block following urls”


meanwhile, may know whether 1 website (link) vendor classified malicious. , please send detailed information how did add safe link policy domain further analysis.
