cannot turn on windows spotlight on laptop. everytime turn on, automatically turns "picture". have tried tips shared on microsoft tips , on community none works. please me!

this due corrupted user profile. know reason behind this, kindly provide information need below:

  • which version , build of windows using?
  • have made significant changes computer have triggered issue?
  • have checked if there pending updates windows 10?
  • to remove possibility of unsuccessful updates, using third-party antivirus?
  • if yes, have tried disable them , try check necessary updates?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far? kindly tell of them can skip them if needed.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
