have opened computer new feature. windows insider build preview option. when clicked on started brings webpage , software compatible there no option download insider build preview software anywhere. please help. or give advice on how proceed.

you a  brand new insider welcome aboard.

this insider group has been testing beta releases.  latest insider release 16299.15 released public oct 17th.  expecting our first beta release of become future  public build.

you can select join insiders , looks have done this.  can choose between fast, slow , preview release.   once make selection, becomes waiting game.  venturesome folk on fast lane, should download of latest insider in few hours.  slow group not exposed insider build time.  preview group not exposed longer period allow bugs fixed before exposure group has chosen take more cautious route.

i on fast lane , insider build upon release microsoft.   slow lane trails fast lane , comes preview release.  insider builds released insiders on schedule controlled microsoft , cannot requested outside of chosen group.
