Using a Num Table - Microsoft Community

i using num table generate 1 row each fabric cut.  want cuts totaled fl (finished length).  if producing 1 pair of drapes @ 100" fl, need 2 cuts (one left , 1 right side of pair) @ 100" , if producing pair @ 90" use 2 cuts @ 90" pair.  need total of 4 cuts , query correctly shows.

here sql statement

now if the pair both 100" long still need 4 cuts.  however, query running problem , getting not 4 rows, 8.   kind of see why happening, have no idea how fix it, or if can fixed. 

any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
